All James Howard Co. Model Stands are completely assembled before they leave the factory. A one piece, 3/4" thick melamine top, up to 60" wide, is permanently affixed to the tubing framework. The completed product is then palletized, shrink-wrapped, sheathed, foam padded and banded in preparation for shipment, by truck, to your school or studio. (See inset below, right).
